- Once the project is initiated, partial refunds may be issued if the project is canceled before significant progress is made.
- Refunds are not applicable once the project reaches 50% or more completion.
- No refunds will be issued for fully completed projects or after client approval of the final delivery.
- In case of technical errors or issues arising from our end, we will rectify them without additional charges.
SEO and Digital Marketing Services
- Refunds for SEO and digital marketing services are not guaranteed due to the nature of these services, as results depend on several factors, including competition, industry, and search engine algorithms.
- If a service is canceled within the first 7 days of purchase and no significant work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered.
- Ongoing services are billed monthly, and no refunds will be provided for completed billing cycles.
